The equipment of all modern flying cars is a collection of all the best that aviation technology, nanotechnology, robotics and many other industries can offer us, which in turn means that such cars are very expensive. Yes, such a thing looks like a very expensive toy that you can show off to your friends, but the key word here is “toy”.

2. Security

Unfortunately, car accidents are very common. Despite all the precautions, seat belts and airbags, people often get into accidents. Of course, this does not mean that you need to abandon cars and ride horses again, because the danger of land transport is compensated by its convenience, profit and ease of development. Flying cars, as we found out, are not really needed now. In most cities, they will even have nowhere to fly, there is nowhere to install and repair them. But let’s suppose the year 2077 has come, and all cities are huge metropolitan areas with a population of many millions. Villages and urban-type settlements have disappeared, and now you can’t travel by ordinary cars. Yes, everything is so, in multi-million cities there is already a similar problem – what can we say about the distant future. But can a flying car solve this problem? Unfortunately, not likely. It will be impossible to transfer everyone to flying vehicles, because these are millions of cars, and even being in the air, they will not solve the problem of road congestion. If you think that all this crazy traffic, traffic jams, siren sounds, accidents, cars parked everywhere cause you stress, then imagine all the same thing, but also in the sky. More cars, more noise, more accidents. The very thought of cars flying over your head that could fall over will add more stress. New technologies that move us into a bright future (I want to believe) will appear regardless of our opinion, but these will clearly not be flying cars.
