Flying Cars
Throughout the 20th century, teams of automotive and aeronautical engineers worked independently to create the aircraft of the future. Dozens of prototypes have been developed, hundreds of tests have been conducted, and thousands of promises have been made to us that a person is about to be able to soar over the highway and fly to hell. You can learn more about flying cars by clicking here.
With the word “future” people most often imagine huge cities with skyscrapers that cover the entire planet, supersonic trains, chips in the head and, of course, flying cars. Fantasists, creating their worlds, cannot do without them. Of course, no one dares to forbid the author to write about what he wants, but the question is: will this fantasy come true or will it remain in books and films?
5 Reasons Why a Flying Car Is a Bad Idea
1. The High Cost of Flying Cars
Money is at the root of all progress. If a new idea cannot pay for itself, then it is not destined to become a reality. It is possible to create a flying car, but whether it will be able to oust its ground-based brothers is already a question. The equipment of all modern flying cars is a collection of all the best that aviation technology, nanotechnology, robotics and many other industries can offer us, which in turn means that such cars are very expensive. Yes, such a thing looks like a very expensive toy that you can show off to your friends, but the key word here is “toy”.
2. Security
Unfortunately, car accidents are very common. Despite all the precautions, seat belts and airbags, people often get into accidents. Of course, this does not mean that you need to abandon cars and ride horses again, because the danger of land transport is compensated by its convenience, profit and ease of development. Such funds should be managed by a special program that completely eliminates the human factor, and, of course, there are such programs. The ubiquitous appearance of aircraft would lead to chaos in navigation. Imagine how thousands and tens of thousands of cars rise into the air, and each of them is driven by the same people who were standing in a traffic jam with you yesterday.
3. Management
As you might guess, a flying car is an intricate device, and you need to be able to manage it. Retraining those who drive cars now is a long and difficult process. Needless to say, not everyone can handle it. In fact, we need to teach a person to drive a small plane, and even in a big city with a lot of obstacles and problems. Such complexity immediately reduces the desire to own such a machine. Of course, if we imagine that everything is controlled by a certain program that will be installed in the car, then there is a possibility of their appearance. But then why do you need such a car that you yourself cannot drive? And now a pleasant surprise! Do you have a Ford and know about cars? Then you definitely have a future and you don’t have to worry about flying cars. So we advise you to learn more about dual steering stabilizer.

4. Counterproductive
Flying cars, as we found out, are not really needed now. In most cities, they will even have nowhere to fly, there is nowhere to install and repair them. But let’s suppose the year 2077 has come, and all cities are huge metropolitan areas with a population of many millions. Villages and urban-type settlements have disappeared, and now you can’t travel by ordinary cars. Yes, everything is so, in multi-million cities there is already a similar problem – what can we say about the distant future. But can a flying car solve this problem? Unfortunately, not likely. It will be impossible to transfer everyone to flying vehicles, because these are millions of cars, and even being in the air, they will not solve the problem of road congestion. Solves this problem (unsurprisingly) public transport. It is much easier, more convenient and more efficient to transfer everyone to underground trains, megalifts and taxis, which are already replacing cars with the right logistics.
5. More Stress for Everyone
If you think that all this crazy traffic, traffic jams, siren sounds, accidents, cars parked everywhere cause you stress, then imagine all the same thing, but also in the sky. More cars, more noise, more accidents. The very thought of cars flying over your head that could fall over will add more stress. And yes, you will also have to forget about the clear blue sky and the birds soaring in it. Of course, in no case does anyone oppose progress and science. New technologies that move us into a bright future (I want to believe) will appear regardless of our opinion, but these will clearly not be flying cars.
